Atlas Grades are final and are not subject to the scrutiny of other grading companies.

However if for any reason you believe the pack you receive that was graded by Atlas is not genuine, you must prove this by a live video showing the breaking of the Atlas seal and opening the pack from beginning to end.

upon opening of pack, the reasons that will be legit for claiming a non genuine pack and sending it back to a seller for a refund are as follows:

Reason 1: Cards are not the same brand or year in pack as indicated on pack.

Reason 2: If indicated on pack, bubble gum is missing or the wrong size for that year.

Reason 3: If wrapper is opened/not sealed  as it should be.

For this particular reason it is only meant that the key cards may have been taken, but in no manner does it indicate the pack and cards are not genuine.
